UNIVERSITY BRIDGES OF INCLUSION
Respond to the ecological dreams expressed by students and university presidents to Pope Francis, reinforcing universities’ commitment to forming people engaged with reality and the care of our common home.
LABOR BRIDGES OF RECONCILIATION
Seek to channel the social dreams shared by workers and entrepreneurs, promoting an economy that leaves no one behind and ensures a just transition.
EPISCOPAL BRIDGES OF FRATERNITY
Connect, coordinate and communicate ecclesial, governmental and civil society networks in the Americas, promoting joint actions for the care of our common home.
PRINCIPLES AND LINES OF ACTION
The path of building bridges is grounded in steadfastness, strength and unity.
It is a concrete response to today’s challenges, with a synodal mindset and a spirit of care.
Evangelize
With words and gestures, touching the suffering flesh of Christ in the people
(cf. Evangelii Gaudium 1).
Respond
To the socio-environmental crisis
(cf. Laudato Si’ 139).
Facilitate
Social dialogue as the best political practice
(cf. Fratelli Tutti, 5).
Care
For the life and development of the local Churches in Latin America
(cf. Evangelii Gaudium 111)
Organize
Community hope to strengthen ecclesial, governmental and secular networks
(cf. Querida Amazonia).
So that
Our peoples may live a life in abundance
